1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sloth, a content creator covering CS2 case openings, gambling and community giveaways. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept deposits, hold funds, run games or pay out winnings. The site exists to point our community toward third-party platforms we partner with and to run community rewards on top of them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use this site or any linked platform. It is your responsibility to make sure gambling is legal where you live. Where it is restricted or prohibited, you must not use the platforms we link to.

3. Affiliate relationship

We have an affiliate and promotional relationship with the platforms featured on this site (CSGORoll, Luxdrop, CSGOGem and Acebet). When you sign up under code SLOTH and play, we may receive a commission or other compensation from those platforms. This never changes the price you pay or your odds, and it costs you nothing extra.

4. Leaderboards, rewards & giveaways

We run leaderboards, giveaways and reward pools for our community. By taking part you accept that:

• Prize pools, entry conditions, wagering requirements and end dates are set by us and may be changed, paused or cancelled at any time.
• Leaderboard standings are based on data provided by the partnered platforms. Where that data is delayed, incomplete or incorrect, final placement is at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we reasonably believe has used multiple accounts, exploited a bonus, or otherwise acted in bad faith.
• Rewards are a discretionary bonus from us. They are not an entitlement and carry no cash-equivalent guarantee unless explicitly stated.

5. Third-party platforms

Once you leave this site for a partnered platform, your activity is governed entirely by that platform's own terms, privacy policy and licensing. We have no control over their games, odds, payouts, account decisions or customer support, and we are not responsible for them.

6. No guarantees

Gambling involves real risk and you can lose money. Nothing on this site is a promise of winnings, profit or a positive outcome. Any figures, examples or highlights are illustrative only. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

7. Intellectual property

The Sloth name, logo, site design and original content are ours. Platform names, logos and item images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy, resell or misrepresent our content as your own.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your use of any linked platform, or your gambling activity.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
